Product manager.
AI, data & payments.

I’m Chris. I turn complex financial systems into product roadmaps, clear requirements, and coordinated delivery. Currently working on enterprise AI and data products at DTCC, following product roles at JPMorgan.

I also play bass, direct music at church, and build Belong.

Professional experience

Products & contributions.

My work spans payments commercialization, global product delivery, and enterprise AI. Explore a launch-readiness decision, my current product work, and the methods and career path behind it.

Selected product work

The work. My role. The evidence.

WAVe: client continuity first.

Choosing additional testing before taking Wire Account Verification (WAVe) into production.

My decision
Chose to conduct extra testing before moving WAVe into production, with client service continuity as the priority.
The tradeoff
A faster move to market versus more time to test service readiness. I prioritized additional testing over release speed.
The observed result
Additional testing uncovered defects that were not initially accounted for. The development teams fixed them before the production release.
IDP, DataHub & AIR

Bringing enterprise AI opportunities into product strategy and delivery.

The problem
Enterprise document processing, corporate-actions data, and anomaly detection need product direction, business validation, and a path toward commercialization.
My contribution
Lead roadmaps and stakeholder alignment, translate IDP priorities into epics and requirements, and own backlog prioritization and delivery. Work with technology partners including Snowflake on IDP and DataHub.
Current stage
Product development and proof-of-concept evaluation. AIR is being evaluated with senior leadership as a potential commercial service.

Belong.

I’m developing a shared-ownership ledger for everyday items: a record of each person’s stake, who currently holds an item, and how ownership changes over time.

Working prototype · Private
The use case
A group buys a camera together. Each person’s ownership share stays clear even when someone else has the camera or the group adjusts its shares.
My role
I handle product requirements, UX/UI design, coding, and testing for the private prototype.
Current stage
A working prototype with ownership, group, and item workflows. It is still in development and not available for public access.

A product design choice

Owning it isn’t the same as holding it.

Having the camera today shouldn’t change who owns it. Belong keeps each person’s ownership stake separate from the current holder, so the group can see who owns what and who has it—without confusing the two.

Ownership changes are recorded over time, giving the group a history alongside the current state.
